Curriculum

5 Phases. 12 Weeks. One Operating System.

C.R.A.F.T. is the framework. Each phase builds on the last — no skipping ahead.

C
Calibrate
Weeks 1–3
Audit the current state
Pull your QuickBooks and JobTread data. Run the Critical19™ baseline. Understand exactly where the money is going and where time disappears. No guessing — just the numbers.
R
Requirements
Weeks 4–6
Map your 6 core systems
Document the tribal knowledge. Write the SOPs that currently live in your head. Identify every gap between how you think your company runs and how it actually runs.
A
Actuate
Weeks 7–9
Install the infrastructure
FinSight AI™ goes live. Critical19™ Scoreboard is built. JobTread workspaces are rebuilt to match your process — not the demo setup. This is where the operating system gets installed.
F
FieldTest
Weeks 10–11
Run it live. Surface what breaks.
Every system runs against real jobs and real numbers. What breaks gets patched. What's slow gets fixed. You leave Week 11 with a system that has actually been tested — not just built.
T
Transition
Week 12
Hand off. Graduate. Academy onboarding.
Full walkthrough of every system you built. Team handoff documentation complete. GO First Academy™ onboarding begins. You own the operating system from here.

Questions

Before You Commit

The 6-Week MAP™ is a diagnostic and strategy engagement — it ends with a clear picture of where your business is and a roadmap for what to build. The Bootcamp is implementation. You leave with FinSight AI™, Critical19™, a full SOP library, and rebuilt JobTread workspaces all running live. MAP tells you what to do. Bootcamp builds it with you.
The Bootcamp is built around JobTread. Most of the infrastructure — templates, workspaces, automations — is designed specifically for JobTread's architecture. If you're on Buildertrend and want to stay there, this isn't the right fit. If you've been thinking about migrating, book a fit call and we can talk through whether the timing makes sense.
It depends on where you're starting. For builders doing $2M–$10M who don't have real financial visibility or documented systems, a single recovered invoice, tightened margin, or eliminated time drain commonly pays for the program in the first 30–60 days. The four results above aren't outliers — they're what happens when you finally build the infrastructure your business has been running without.
Not required, but highly recommended for Weeks 4–12 when systems are being built and handed off. Your operations lead or office manager will get more out of the FieldTest and Transition phases if they've been in the room. Additional team member seats are $1,500 each.
Every session is recorded. You have 12-month access to all recordings. If you miss a week, you catch up via recording and bring questions to the next live session or to your 1:1 office hours. The cohort format means we won't hold back — the group moves forward on schedule.
You graduate with a fully installed operating system. You then get 90 days free in GO First Academy™ — ongoing coaching, monthly group calls, and access to the full resource library. The infrastructure you built is yours to keep and run. Academy gives you the community and accountability to keep using it.
Your $500 deposit is fully refundable if the cohort doesn't fill to minimum capacity. It's also fully refundable if you back out within 14 days of paying — as long as kickoff hasn't happened yet. After the start of Week 2, no refunds. The commitment is mutual — your seat is held, the infrastructure is being built for you, and we're in it together.
Yes. Your primary seat covers one attendee. Additional team members (operations leads, PMs, office managers) can join at $1,500 per seat. Book a fit call and we'll talk through team configuration before kickoff.

6 Seats. One Cohort. July 10.

The deposit holds your seat. The refund policy protects you. The work starts when we're on the call together.
