These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GO First Consulting website at gofirstconsulting.com (the "Site") and any consulting services provided by GO First Consulting ("we," "us," or "our").

If you engage GO First Consulting for consulting services, you agree to:
The $950 diagnostic fee is due prior to or at the time of the session. Our guarantee: if we do not identify at least $10,000 in documentable profit leaks during the session, we will refund the full $950. If you proceed to the 6-Week MAP™ engagement, the $950 is credited toward your first milestone payment.
Milestone-based engagements are invoiced per milestone. Payment for each milestone is due before work on that milestone begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not offer open-ended retainer arrangements.
Outside of the Profit-Leak Audit guarantee described above, consulting fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on a milestone. If we are unable to fulfill a milestone due to circumstances on our end, we will work with you to reschedule or apply a credit toward future work.
All content on this Site — including text, images, templates, frameworks, methodology names (including the 6-Week MAP™, GO First TOOLBOX™, and related marks), and other materials — is owned by GO First Consulting and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Templates, systems, cost code structures, and other deliverables created specifically for you during a consulting engagement are licensed to you for use in your business. GO First Consulting retains the underlying methodology and frameworks. You may not resell or redistribute deliverables created for you as your own consulting products.
Free resources (checklists, scorecards, PDF guides) downloaded from this Site are provided for your personal business use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used in other consulting offerings without written permission.
Results described on this Site — including client case studies, revenue growth figures, time savings, and profitability improvements — reflect the documented outcomes of specific clients. Individual results vary based on your business type, revenue level, team capabilities, market conditions, and your commitment to implementing the recommended systems.
GO First Consulting does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. Our services improve operational systems and provide implementation support; your business results depend on many factors outside our control.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. GO First Consulting is an independent consulting firm. We are not an official reseller, affiliate, or authorized partner of JobTread unless explicitly stated. Our expertise is based on implementation experience, not a formal vendor relationship.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GO First Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or consulting services, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising from consulting services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
During the course of a consulting engagement, both parties may share confidential business information. GO First Consulting treats all client business data — financials, cost codes, project details, and team information — as strictly confidential and does not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
We may reference your engagement as a case study (company name, revenue range, documented results) in our marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Wisconsin.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
