We offer hands-on implementation support during live sessions whenever you encounter roadblocks or need direct assistance. How involved does my team need to be? Your team is crucial for success, responsible for the majority of implementation work. This typically requires a commitment of 2-5 hours per week for execution between our consulting sessions. What if we need technical help between sessions? We provide email guidance between sessions, with responses within 1-2 business days. However, your team remains responsible for the technical execution, focusing on building internal capabilities. What happens after the 6 week program? By the program's end, your team will have developed strong AI implementation capabilities and completed their first AI projects. Many clients choose to continue with monthly consulting for ongoing strategic guidance and expansion. What happens if we miss a scheduled consulting session? We understand that schedules can change. With 24+ hours notice, we will reschedule your session within the same week at no additional charge. No-shows without a reasonable explanation will be counted as delivered sessions. How much email support is included between sessions? You receive unlimited email inquiries between sessions, with responses provided within 1-2 business days. For more complex questions, we may defer them to your next scheduled consulting session for a more in-depth discussion. Do you offer refunds?
