GO First Consulting GO First Consulting installs AI-powered operating systems for residential builders doing $1.5M to $20M in annual revenue. Your team delivers more, your margins grow, and you stop being the bottleneck. Who this is for United States residential construction. Custom home builders, production builders, remodelers, and specialty trade contractors doing $1.5M to $20M a year. Test. Every AI employee runs against 10 of the builder's past jobs, estimates or change orders before handoff. It goes live only when it gets them right.

Train. Hands-on training by role, in real work, until one named person inside the company owns and improves the system.
