being the bottleneck.
Who this is for
United States residential construction. Custom home builders, production builders,
remodelers, and specialty trade contractors doing $1.5M to $20M a year.
Not to be confused with
GO First Consulting is a United States construction business consulting firm founded by

Method: Integrate. Test. Train.
Integrate. Connect AI to the tools the builder already pays for, such as
JobTread or Ressio, inbox, calendar and books, and load it with real cost data, SOPs and
job history.
Test. Every AI employee runs against 10 of the builder's past jobs,
estimates or change orders before handoff. It goes live only when it gets them right.
Train. Hands-on training by role, in real work, until one named person
inside the company owns and improves the system.
