  • Full design consultation inclusive of look book and 3D project render meaning you can show off to your friends, get clear about what the final project will look like, and get excited.
  • A final quote as an action plan presented to you in a bound booklet with full consultation from our directors James & Kimberly. We'll go through ours and any other quotes you get in detail so you really are comparing apples with apples.

This professional service of ours takes a couple of weeks as we need to contact some of our preferred partners and trusted suppliers for accurate labour and material quotes.

Sign the agreement to proceed
This just states we'll be following our process over the next few weeks to provide a world class service for you.

Invoice clearance
Once the Invoice we create has been cleared, we'll contact our teams and kick into gear.

Progress update and proposal presentation
We'll call with an update on our progress and schedule a time with you, in person to present our proposal.
AUTHORISATION FORM AND AGREEMENT TO PROCEED
We/I authorise [Company] to share our plans and documentation with those necessary for the purpose of pricing this project. We/I also give permission for [The Company] to uplift any information required from the Council to aid in doing so. We/I give [The Company] permission to enter our site and take any sub trades necessary to the site for the purpose of establishing site levels or obtaining any other relevant site information.
We/I agree to follow [The Company] process during this pricing and planning stage, allowing [The Company] the opportunity to present their proposal in person and to help us compare it with any other quotations we receive.
We/I also acknowledge we have been provided a pre build checklist from [The Company] at the earliest opportunity.
In signing this form we are in no way obligated to [The Company] beyond what is stated above.
