The Growth Acceleration Guarantee
Overview
For established clients who fully implement our recommendations, we guarantee measurable business improvement within 6 months. We succeed when you succeed—that's why we put skin in the game.
The Guarantee
If you don't see significant improvement in at least two of your priority metrics identified during our initial assessment, we will:
  1. Conduct a comprehensive Performance Review to identify barriers to success
  1. Develop a custom 90-day Acceleration Plan targeting your specific challenges
  1. Provide an additional 3 months of consulting support at 50% of your regular rate
Growth Guarantee Qualification Requirements
Implementation
Client must implement at least 80% of high-priority recommendations
Data Access
Client must provide timely access to necessary performance data
Attendance
Client must attend all scheduled strategy sessions
Exclusions
External factors beyond our control (market crashes, natural disasters, etc.) are excluded
