Systematize Client Communication Action: We replaced reactive check-ins with automated, milestone-based project updates, slashing client-initiated inquiries by 40%. Efficiency: Co-developed a library of response templates, ensuring clients received clear, consistent, and professional answers every time. Define the Sales Process Action: Transformed their approach to a consultative journey, focusing on understanding complex renovation challenges first. Tools: Created conversation frameworks and a "Shock and Wow Sales Package" that immediately differentiated them from competitors.

Phase 3 – SCALE

(The BUILDER ACADEMY™) With a stable operational foundation, the focus shifted to optimization and growth within the Builders Academy™. This is where Summit continues to refine its machine, ensuring long-term predictability and profitability by leveraging data and advanced insights. Dominate the Local Market Action: We launched targeted advertising campaigns and optimized their digital presence to dominate local search results for "premium remodeling services" in Palmer Lake. Result: This attracted a steady stream of qualified, ready-to-commit clients who were a perfect fit for their newly defined process. Ongoing Optimization Action: We recently used their own sales data to further refine the lead-scoring matrix in HubSpot, allowing them to instantly prioritize the most profitable project types.
